  1. Energy feedback energy-saving type: During the testing process, it achieves charging energy-saving effect (80%) and discharge feedback effect (75%) with low heat generation, thereby helping users save energy and reduce costs.

  2. Smooth and safe transition from constant current to constant voltage charging: The device adopts a four-wire connection mode for voltage and current, with independent design of voltage and current loops, ensuring a safe and smooth transition during the constant current to constant voltage charging process and avoiding battery damage caused by peak pulses.

  3. High-precision calibration method: Charging current, discharging current, charging voltage and discharging voltage are all calibrated with high precision by Agilent, ensuring that the accuracy of current and voltage is within 0.5‰.

  4. Excellent heat dissipation performance: With a unique air duct design, forced air cooling is adopted to reduce the impact of high temperature on equipment performance. A dual-fan mode is used to force air extraction and cool the power heat dissipation module, and thermal imager is applied for thermal simulation testing to ensure that heat dissipation components work within a reasonable temperature range.

  5. Channels can be combined or separated: Each channel in the same cabinet can be freely paralleled as needed to be compatible with multiple types of battery tests, giving full play to the multi-purpose function of the equipment and saving equipment costs for customers.

  6. Built-in temperature monitoring of the device: Each channel can be customized to have one main temperature channel without external auxiliary temperature monitoring if needed (multiple temperature channels require external auxiliary temperature monitoring), which can monitor the battery temperature in real time to protect the normal and safe testing of the battery according to temperature changes.

  7. Single cabinet power supply: Each cabinet in the whole cabinet is independently powered, ensuring the stability and safety of the power supply for the whole cabinet.

  8. Independent power supply: It ensures uniform circuit output during the operation of the power supply and avoids protection issues.

  9. Flexible and adjustable fixtures: They can be compatible with batteries of multiple sizes, truly achieving multi-purpose use and maximizing the use value.
